The prompt

It will produce unlevered free cash flow of USD 10 million next year, 11 million the year after and 12.1 million in year 3. After that, cash flow grows 2 percent a year forever. Its WACC is 10 percent. What is its enterprise value, and how much of it comes from the terminal value?
Your interviewer will share data as you ask for it. Ask clarifying questions, state a hypothesis, then lay out your structure out loud before you calculate.
